How do we check your availability for our wedding date?

How soon should we reserve our wedding date with you?

Honestly, the sooner the better.  We often are booked months in advance, sometimes a year or more.  Saturdays in April through October fill the quickest, though most Saturdays usually book quickly.  Sundays and weekdays are usually more flexible, but as a general rule the SOONER you book the BETTER.

Do you have a portfolio of photographs we can see?

Yes, you can find it on our website here.  We can also arrange an appointment where you can view a wide range of our work.
 

Which package is the most popular?

Typically, the Gold and Platinum packages are  the most popular.
 

Do you really provide FREE engagement portraits?

YES!   Click here for more information.
 

Do we really get our photo proofs for FREE?

YES!  All of our wedding packages include a complete set of your proofs on CD.  FREE!
 

  Do you have back-up equipment?

YES!  We always have a COMPLETE back-up system of our equipment...just in case.

How much is the deposit?

We require 1/3 of the total package price as a deposit, which is not refundable.  Another 1/3 is due 60 days before the wedding, and the final 1/3 is due 30 days before the wedding.
 

How are you able to provide such high quality products faster and at a better value than your competitors?

It's simple, really.  First, we work harder.  Second, we utilize the latest in technologies to provide better service and faster product delivery.  Third, while we are in business to earn a living, we believe in charging a fair price for the products and services we provide.
 

How quickly can we see our photographs?

In most cases, you will have your proofs in a just a few weeks.  Additionally, your family and friends will be able to view photos on your wedding website, which we provide for you at no charge.
 

Are you available for travel?  What if we aren't getting married in Northeast Ohio?

YES!  There is no charge for travel anywhere within 100 miles of Canton.  Our travel fees outside of Northeast Ohio are very reasonable.  We have photographed weddings in Virginia, California, and Aruba to mention a few.  Contact us for more details!
